Yes. Adam Lysinski is a native Polish speaker and served as legal liaison to the Polish Consulate General in Chicago. He has represented the Polish-speaking community at real estate closings, estate planning matters, and business transactions throughout Chicagoland for more than two decades. Most residential real estate closings: $650 flat fee — one price, no range, no surprises. Estate planning packages are fixed fee, scoped at intake. Business law and general counsel are billed hourly or on a monthly retainer, agreed upon before any work begins. AI law matters are billed hourly or on a governance retainer; flat fees available for defined scopes (policy drafts, vendor contract review, BIPA audit). Private equity advisory is retainer-structured. Family-owned business counsel runs on a monthly retainer for ongoing engagements; fixed fees apply to scoped work like operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, and succession plans. There are no surprise invoices on any matter — the fee arrangement is confirmed before Adam picks up the file.
